They offer healthy foods options for breakfast. Staff are nice.but they are not consistent on replacing toiletries maybe it depends on who cleans the room on the given days, but overall it was a nice experience.

I give it 5 stars for cleanliness and location if you want to see Old Montreal. It is next to Chinatown so there’s tons of eatery around. Grocery store and shopping is a stone throw away, therefore it’s very convenient for everyday needs. I give it a 3 or even a low 2.5 for the room as our bed mattresses are lumpy and pillows were almost flat. This our second time to stay in this hotel in 3 years, and I thought I was appointed to a better room the last time, we’re here in 2022.

I really enjoyed my stay! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was perfect for me. Area around hotel can be a little sketchy but I personally didn’t run into any problems. I felt safe.

Not a bad place to stay if you don't mind things not working properly. First room we checked into the shower wasn't working. Called the front desk and they sent someone up. Got a new room after waiting nearly 25 mins. Upon getting the new room I thought everything was functional. Only to find later on the fridge was broken and my food went bad. Also the air conditioner wasn't working properly either. By the time I returned to my room it was 3am and to late to call down to the front desk. After raising my concerns to the front desk they did nothing to rectify the situation and had horrible customer service.
