Th room was small, no dresser, one small half closet, small desk, adequate for someplace to sleep only. Free breakfast was very limited (boiled eggs, toast, cereal, some fruit slices and yogurt. nothing could leave the breakfast room) . Not what I expected at their cost.

We book this place to celebrate our first anniversary with my boyfriend, I booked apartment with double bed, but when we arrived after 7 hours drive from Toronto at 3 am next day (we paid of course for all days) at the reception we being said that "sorry we have apartment only with two single beds", nobody contacted us before to say it earlier! we asked for giving us some discount for the first night - also they said NO. Terrible place and personal, dirty and small rooms, definitely not recommending.

Upon entering the room at check-in we noticed that the room was quite dirty despite the front desk telling us the room was ready. There was dried pee on the toilet seat, beard hairs in the sink and in the bedsheet. The bedsheet also had an awful black stain near the feet on the left side. The worst of all was the floor in the room. The floor clearly had not been cleaned at all. There were hair and two THICK toenail clippings on the floor by the bathroom door in the bedroom. I was disgusted. We immediately went down to the front desk to ask for the room to be cleaned again or have a different room provided. They were sold out so we could not switch rooms but they called housekeeping to return to the room and clean while we were out in the city. We returned about 7h later and the room had not been touched except for the changed bed. The toenail clippings and hair were in the same spot on the floor along with all the leftover dirt from the previous guests. We had to wear our shoes anytime we walked around the room due to the filth on the floor. Absolutely do not recommend this hotel at all, especially when you’re paying 300$ a night for a filthy room.
