Beautiful part of old Montreal. For my brother and I the property was close to the Via rail station. Nice and quiet even though your close to a busy street down the block. Also not far from the subways. I would stay there again if I come back to Montreal.

This property does not have any reception person. There is a code to enter both the building and room. If you do not enter the code exactly you do not get entry. We had great difficulty entering as I entered the code too slowly. So too did several others, who were desperately trying to enter the building. The toilet was not clean, and the toilet seat was loose, no one available to have this fixed. No area maps available. (Not everyone has a smart phone, with google maps). Limited towels supplied so needed to wash and dry own towels - there is no where to hang towels to dry after shower. Limited washing detergent only enough fo x2 washes. Bed and pillows extreamly hard

Small but nice apartment. Great shower in the bathroom, the most silent dishwasher in the kitchen, and overall an apartment well maintained. The best was the communication with the Sonder people. Quick to respond and with a solution to our inquiry.

Travelled to Montreal to celebrate my birthday for a weekend. The entire stay was perfect. The unit has everything including a washer and dryer. The area was also perfect. It's is very close to the nightlife (not St. Laurent). Our stay there was 11/10

We stayed in a studio which was well equipped and perfect for two people for a 4 day stay. The space was clean, comfortable and everything worked. This was the first time staying with Sonder. The app was very helpful and made communication easy. We took advantage of a later 1 pm check out and stored our luggage onsite after 1 pm and went for a meal and a stroll before heading to the train station. Sonder allows access back into the building until 10 pm to retrieve your luggage. This was a great option and worked well with our travel schedule. Lots of restaurants and IGA close by and Old Montreal. Sonder has thought of everything and it’s all on the App. Would stay with them again.

I stop here for 2wks it's was great. I felt safe. The apartment was just brilliant. So much coming back Nov again for 3wks. Only downside is the parking. You have to drive around the block a few times to get a space

Our experience with this property was terrible. After following pre-checkin instructions, we were sent the checkin codes which we were able to use to enter the property as well as the luggage storage area to store our luggage as our room was not ready as we were about 2 hours early. We left the property to explore the area and came back at checkin time to find that out codes no longer worked. I checked my email for the contact information to customer service as there was no one at the front desk to find an email from the property cancelling my reservation (less than one hour before checkin and AFTER we had already locked all of our luggage in their storage). I then spent 45 minutes with customer service who said their was nothing they could do as they could no longer accommodate the booking and the refund was already in place. The only saving grace was that someone eventually arrived at the front desk and he went out of his way to obtain support of a manager of a different Sonder property who helped us obtain a booking at a different hotel. He also helped us obtain our luggage! Please note that our stay at Sonder Apollon was wonderful and JP, the manager at that location went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of.

Great location. Modern interior. Great communication with need-to-know information. Only downside was the floors seemed like they haven’t been cleaned for a while. Night life noise could be heard, but earplugs were provided.
