Our room wasn’t cleaned even after requesting a clean. The WiFi was too slow. The staff were rude and didn’t really interact much if you didn’t know French. They also didn’t have basic needs like drinking water and cutlery.

The lobby didnt have signage for the check in queue so we waited a long time for check in. There were hairballs all around the pool. The floors felt dirty walking barefoot. The counters in the bathroom were made for children not adults. The bathtub kept getting plugged up while showering. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. I wont be staying here again. I will also tell others to stay away.

The bathrooms need updating, there were no proper fitting plug-ins for the bathtub or the sink and there were no face cloths, The shower was minimal pressure. The staff were absolutely wonderful, kind, knowledgeable and very friendly.

Great for a short stay. Did not use the pool as the water was blury. Gym is clean and nice. Room is good, very comfy beds. Had some issues with the water not going down in the sink. Overall satisfied

"My stay was mostly okay, but there were a couple of issues. The coffee machine in the room was covered in dust, as if it hadn’t been used or cleaned in a long time. I also called the front desk twice to request an extra blanket but didn’t receive any response. These details made the experience less enjoyable than expected."
