Service and concierge is excellent and very accommodating. Had an issue with a booking due to a mistake I made with the dates, and expedia wouldn't accommodate unless I re-booked with expedia and paid again for another night. But the hotel honored the original price I paid and didn't charge the extra $200 I would've been charged had I went with expedia's suggestion.

Safe location, nice pool but not so great service
Stay was ok, stayed for 2 nights. We requested for cleaning they denied saying room service is only for 3 or more nights, we asked if they can just vacuum the floor as kids had made a mess but they denied. The breakfast cannot handle a crowd, we had to wait for hours to get turn. Safe parking, they had gated entry and exit making car parking safe. Pool was amazing, kids loved it.

The WIFI was down during my stay and unfortunately the man at the front desk was clearly annoyed with people asking about it. I made the mistake of inquiring about the WIFI status and if it will be working soon. His response was not friendly nor helpful, perhaps a little snarky, but he was clearly stressed. My room was clean and quiet which is exactly what I wanted. Overall a good stay.

The area had power outage when we arrived. The hotel and the staff had no experience in handling the situation. It should have a well defined plan including clear communication with guests. The front desk did not even have a proper flash light to handle the check in. I was told that the only thing they could do is a full refund and we are welcome to look for another places in the middle of the night. I will not recommend this hotel.

A little tough to get to because of the 1 way Street but we enjoyed our stay. The hotel lost power for 3 hours because of the rain storm but the staff did everything they could to make it pleasant for the guests. All the staff were great and the all inclusive breakfast was not bad.
