Pool was out of service. It was the only reason we booked this place. I even called before booking to make sure it was operational. Gym is a total joke! Nothing was working and super tiny. Staff were great. Only thing good was the staff.

The location is great. The scale of the reception/lobby area on the photos is bigger than the real size but it is cozy, with comfortable leather seating and a fireplace. The only odd thing is that they collect $100 deposit which they do not put back on the credit card saying it'll take 5-10 business days. What is the purpose of collecting that money and keeping it for 10 business days, to cover other bills? In my experience other hotels take deposit but return it at the time of checkout..

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the city and all that it has to offer. The room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. There are additional blankets and pillows in the closet which is very handy.
