The staff were all awesome, and we love the spacious, and very well maintained rooms in this hotel! We needed the plumber and he came instantly and was very pleasant. The lady cleaning the rooms was also wonderful!

The size of the room was amazing! The location was perfect for walking to Bell Arena and St. Catherine’s st. The art museum was a 15-20 walk also. The Staff were very friendly too. The restaurant for dinner…amazing.

Great hotel. Very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast was good; having trays in the breakfast room was convenient, as it allowed us to take our breakfast to our room. The rooms here are huge efficiency style rooms with a small kitchen and dining room area that was great for travelling with my Mom. The breakfast buffet was great and the breakfast room was spacious and bright. There is some construction happening next door so there was some noise starting at 7 AM. The location is excellent and the hotel provided excellent value. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a Loft Suite on the 9th floor. It was very big, bright, spacious and most importantly clean. The decor and furniture were a little dated compared to some newer / renovated buildings but that didn’t matter to us. The space we had with the kitchen, two large bathrooms, two beds, living area and pull out was perfect for us as a family of 4. They have a coin operated laundry service up where the gym and pool is so it was great to be able to occupy yourself while clothes was being washed (we stayed for 5 nights so we needed to avail of this) without going far from your clothes. The location was absolutely perfect. 10 minutes walk from Bell Center, 4 min walk from Eaton Center, cafes, drug store, restaurants all around saint Catherine street. It was perfect. 10/10 would recommend if staying with kids or staying for a longer stay.
