This property is beautiful and one of a kind. One of the best places I have ever stayed at. Right in heart of old Montreal, it is a first class experience. As a solo business woman traveller, it felt incredibly safe, I could venture out and walk around the city, but didnt have to leave the property because such great spaces to hang out. Highly recommend. This is my new go-to place to come for business travel.

I got in from work . I called Room service for food. The front desk overnight said the kitchen was closed without trying to give options on other ways to get food. I thought was very rude.

Very nice hotel, well situated in the old city, with great customer service. My only criticism is that the floor of our room was a cheap linoleum material that was very cold. Also the bed was worn with a hollow in the middle that I had to fight throughout the night.

We had a fabulous time at Hotel William Gray. It was at the end of our trip and what a wonderful way to cap it off. We had drinks and a light dinner in the rooftop bar. The mocktails were delicious for the two in our party who don't drink alcohol. We received room upgrades through Hotels.com and the rooms were super comfortable/chic and the bathrooms were fabulous! If we're in Montreal, we'll sure stay there again!

Hotel William Gray was beautiful, very clean, and all of the staff very professional and courteous. Loved the decor in the room, reminded me of a city loft. Bathroom was beautiful especially the various shower heads.

We were a party of three staying in three separate rooms. Eddy and Dora made the booking and put us all in rooms next to each other which was great. The property is perfectly located in the Old Port district and has all the amenities. The Olimpico Coffee shop had the most amazing morning pastry called a bomboloni. If I had one note it would be that all three rooms weren't ready at a 4pm check-in but that was remedied after about 15 minutes. All in all a lovely hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
