Overall a good bang for your buck but basic stuff like drinkable water, slides, a fan in the bathroom and stuff like that are missing. Also the person who checked us in wasn't in a good mood I guess.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was clean but in a bit of disrepair. There was a free breakfast with something for everyone including gluten free and vegan. The parking was free but under a raised highway. My car had a coffee spill on the hood the next morning. The bathroom door in the room didn’t latch properly and the air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool.

Poor customer service. I rented a room with two queens and a sofa bed for 4 adults and 2 kids. While the beds came with blankets, there was none for the sofa bed. In spite of repeated trips to the reception requesting for a blanket, the lady at the reception didn’t care, kept saying ahe doesn’t know if they have any and that she will be sending her colleague. She pretended to help but I don’t think she did anything. She sent me back to my room claiming somebody will come shortly. Nobody did. 2 night without a blanket. I have had better experiences at motels than this one. Parking under a bridge, basically unmonitored where someone smeared our car with coffee spills everywhere.

Mixed review.
Negatives first: 3rd floor room was exactly at highway level, overlooking the highway, obviously.p, so it was noisy The air conditioner was very very loud. There was no comfortable chair to sit in, just a wooden desk chair. Now the positives: everything was clean, the bathroom was large, and the linens, pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable.

Le prix est vraiment exorbitant. Il a fallut demander des couvertures et des serviettes. Ils savent à la réservation que l'on est 3 personnes on avait des serviettes pour 2 personnes et pas de couvertures pour le divan-lit. Par contre le déjeuner est très bon.

The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly. The area around the hotel is a bit rundown. The air conditioner was very noisy. The parking, across the street under the highway isn't the cleanest, but is very convenient.

This sub-par, dirty hotel in a terrible location should charge no more than $50 a night, EVER. But because all flights had been cancelled (for days) flying from Montreal to the NYC area, and hundreds of people were desperate to find a room anywhere, this hotel charged me $350 a night for two nights. Surge pricing like this SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW. The only way to punish places that do this is to refuse to stay in them. It was unconscionable. The room was filthy and dingy and hadn't been renovated in years. Disgusting in all ways. Look at the pictures and imagine spending $350 US a night to stay there.

The room was good. The staff were very nice and knowledgeable of the area. We were only a 12 minute walk from the Metro. Though, the breakfast buffet was not what we expected. It was hectic to get your plate, not well stocked, and the seating was inadequate for the number of guests. Two days into our holiday, we decided to skip the complimentary and find places in Montréal for the remainder of our trip.
