1er fois que nous restions au Alt Hotel mais pas la dernière. Je prend l’avion au 2 semaine a montreal et j’était habituer de rester centre ville mais c’est fini. Tellement plus simple restez au Alt. Resto a proximité, facile de ce stationner et a 30 min de l’aéroport. Notre chambre est deja booker pour notre prochain séjour

We have stayed at ALT hotels in various cities & provinces, the location in Brossard DiX30 far exceeds the high standards set in previous locations. Excellent location to explore the Eastern townships and with the new REM line now operational - downtown & old Montreal is just 20mins away. Free and ample parking was a bonus. Well recommended.

The rooms are upscale. The lobby is beautiful. We had our dog with us and it was the perfect place. The hotel staff gave him a bed and bowls and it was easy to walk the dog around the hotel.

The room was incredibly clean, probably one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept on and I have stayed at some pretty expensive resort resorts in Europe so that is saying something. The area around the hotel is incredibly nice so you can walk around shop and eat, it’s very lively, which is fun. A few things to note: the hotel room TV only works with the lights in your room turned on. (so if you are tired and wish to watch TV in bed late with the lights off, that is not possible. It is lights on or no TV.) so it’s slightly inconvenient for a late night when you wanna watch something. The billing was a little confusing, the price we were told, and the amount they held were vastly different, and was not explained to us. For a small inconvenience of lacking a fridge in the room resulting in a room change, they accommodated us free, breakfast coupons. To which the next day, the same lady who was present when we received the coupons was almost attempting to bill us instead of taking them. (By asking for my room and credit card information at the desk, a little strange when someone is handing you the “Free Breakfast Coupon” that you provided them with.) After accepting them she did not seem too happy and gave me a half empty coffee. Which was bizarre because the coffee machine in the room each filling was able to fill a cup. Either meaning she had spilled a ton of the coffee from the instant coffee machine or she had intentionally poured it out… Strange.
