recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! The location is unbeatable if you enjoy walking around downtown—everything is within reach. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of cuisines, and even a grocery store just a short walk away, which was really convenient. One of the highlights of my stay was the pool on the 15th floor. It’s a great spot to relax with stunning views of the city. The gym was also a nice addition, though it would be even better if they had more equipment. However, the view from the gym more than makes up for it—working out while overlooking the city is a fantastic experience. Overall, I had a great time and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore downtown while enjoying some excellent am

Booked 2 queen beds and passed up another cheaper hotel to get them as I had my two adult children with me. When we arrived, I was informed that there was only one King bed available however they could upgrade us for additional. I kindly asked if there was anyway that we could be upgraded to a king room with a sofa bed for the same cost as we were supposed to have two separate beds. They straight out, refused and were extremely rude and said that we could leave if we didn’t like it like the one king bed. It was only $30, but it was more the principal as well as no attempt to be empathetic or even polite

We stayed 1 night , we were here for a family emergency and asked for late checkout and was denyed. We didnt have much interactions with the staff. Everything was fine. We have a hugh truck so they offered us outdoor parking just behind the hotel which was awesome. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and we loved the pool, sauna, and hot tub. Everything was nice. Entering/leaving parking is a bit difficult since it is on the opposite side of where you’re supposed to be driving.

Two things prevent this from being a perfect stay. Don’t let them deter you from staying here though, it was overall a good experience. First, the elevators were not working well, with only one in service at most times. We found a stairwell and walked up when we didn’t have luggage. That was frustrating. The housekeeping staff was very inconsistent. The bath mat was removed and not replaced. If a coffee cup was taken, sometimes a replacement would be left and other times not. A wet cleaning rag was left in the sink. Each of our four-day stay brought a minor surprise, but nothing was remarkably off. Would stay again and recommend.

I really liked this Hotel. The location is very convenient. The airport shuttle dropped us off right at the front door. The main bus line was right outside the front door. There is a metro station one block behind the hotel and another one about 5 minutes walk from here. There are many shops and restaurants on saint Catherine street about 5 minutes walk as well. The staff were very attentive to our requests. If we needed anything they would be at our door very quickly.

Very clean, safe, modern and close to many of Montreal's attractions. Only a 5 minute walk to the Metro, as well. I highly recommend staying here and intend to be a repeat customer in the future.
