The front desk staff is very friendly and so helpful. It's so nice to be welcomed with a genuine smile and friendly attitude. Our food delivery with Uber came without utensils and when calling the front desk they were happy to bring some up to my room. The room looked newly renovated. It was so spacious and beautiful. And the bed is absolutely amazing. Wish I had an extra day just to stay in bed.

Beautiful views of downtown Montreal. Lots of excitement and close to some of the desired tourist areas. Being right on Rene Levesque is easy to access other areas of the city. Worth the stay

We will stay here again during our next trip to MTL. It was so close to everything that we could walk and just take in all of the activity while popping back to our room throughout the day/night. It was in a quieter part of town, so we felt it was a great place to rest after being on the go all day. Only thing we found odd was room service only being offered until 9:30pm - a bummer because we wanted to chill and eat in our room later in the night and room service was not available, so we had to go back out for food.

The receptionists did not speak much English. Communication was very difficult. The unground parking was driving hazard and the worst thing is they charge a lot of money for parking everyday. One Word - TERRIBLE.

The carpet in the room is dirty and damp. This is worse when the hotel does not provide in room slippers. They also ran out of toothbrushes when requested. Reception was not very responsive to our requests for in-room amenities.
