Stayed for 3 nights. Daily maid service did an excellent job. Loved the parking located right in the same building worth the extra money for the convenience. To note:this area has many upscale hotels but be careful if you are walking towards Chinatown 2 blocks from this hotel it routes you through a homeless encampment/soup kitchen that felt very dangerous even during the day. But it’s easy to avoid if you don’t follow gps. Definitely planning on staying here again.

We loved our stay at this hotel! We would definitely recommend staying here! The complimentary breakfast was amazing and the complimentary pre-dinner drinks and snacks were a wonderful treat. Location is perfect for walking to shopping and dining.

Front desk staff were very friendly, patient and happy to help resolve issues. They were also multi-lingual, conversing with me in English and French. Rooms are kept in good condition and the housekeeping staff made sure to provide fresh towels and clear out the garbage daily. The Palais does Congrès is right across the street along with easy access to the subway to get around Montreal. The parking garage is easy to access with ample parking on multiple levels and access to/from the hotel directly. Would definitely come to visit again in the future when we are back in Montreal!

Good hotel in a Great walkable area, lots to see and do, staff are wonderful, only issue hotel seems to be short staffed at front desk and check in took much longer than norma.
