Excellent location Near all the attractions. Good food Everything was great but one thing. The outside patio where we had breakfast was dirty from bird’s waste.

The room was a very strange layout. You would get out of bed and run into the barstools. The TV was hung in front of the closet doors which made half of the unusable. The heating/AC did not work. It either kept heating way past the set temp or cooled way past the set temp. Made the room terribly uncomfortable. Personnel at the hotel were pleasant.

Location, location, location. This place is at a walkable distance to everything from the convention center to Old Montreal and most of the landmarks. The property provided free breakfast which was clean and well maintained. The only negative is the elevator situation. Only two elevators for the entire building, including the parking lot in the basement levels. We spent a very long time just waiting for elevators.

Nice hotel. Good area. Close to Place d’Armes and the old Montreal waterfront. Close to Metro station where we went to the Biodôme and close to Saint Catherine street and McGill for shops and sightseeing.

Great location. Are used to stay at another hotel, but I really like the breakfast that is included and the central location. Staff has been very helpful and friendly. This includes the concierge, who has been exceptionally helpful. Also the desk personnel. The. Food staff and cleaning staff have also been very helpful and friendly. I consider this an exceptional hotel and I am seeing it as my homebase when I go to Montreal
