One shower for 6 people to share I don't think is good enough. Reception staff very welcoming but people work in restaurant rather grumpy.

The checkin was ok but since I was 1.5h early I could not enter the room and storing my luggage was 4eur so they told me I could have lunch in the meantime. So I did but after ordering they told me I should move to another area because there was an event starting. So I did and then a big group of people did check in so o asked and they checked me in. If they had a chaotic afternoon they could have checked me earlier. The elevator wasn't working well and was being repaired. Other than that, the stay was great. The hotel is very nicely designed, a hybrid between hostel and hotel. The room was small but cozy. The bathroom was clean but didn't offer small towels. You can manage with the big ones. No hair dryer or iron, but it's a budget hotel so it's ok. It's close to the station. Staff was nice. Did not charge me with leaving my luggage after the checkout. I would come back!

I only have one complaint… one of the reasons I chose this hotel was because the website said it had parking available… Google Maps sent us to the hotel but stopped at a point where it said we had to walk. We tried to communicate via WhatsApp and an automated machine responded. In the end I had to park on the street and pay 40 euros to be able to leave the car. When I complained at the hotel, no one came up with a solution for me.

I booked for two nights, they cancelled it as we didn’t show the first night (admittedly I had booked the wrong first night) was hoping to stay on the second night I’d booked and paid for and woke up to it being cancelled. So we re-booked for the two nights again and asked for one night refund to which they refused despite them cancelling it. Disappointing despite the stay there.

I recently visited your hotel, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and we were comfortable and welcomed However, I did notice a problem with fleas during our stay. This was a bit concerning as it affected our comfort. While I appreciate the warm and welcoming environment, I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure a completely enjoyable experience for all pets.

My room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly as well. The room’s space is very well used and cozy. The restaurant and patio downstairs also look amazing, but I didn’t have a chance to try it. You can also leave your luggage in storage after check out so it’s very helpful if you want to explore the city so more. I will definitely rebook here if I revisit Montpellier!

Great (except for the hefty damage deposit)
Modern - trendy even! - and clean; great location very bear station and just 5-10 mins walk from main square etc; delicious breakfast buffet at reasonable price (10E). DOES have a lift. Room was not very spacious, but only major gripe was having to pay a big danmage deposit on arrival, which was stopped from my card (although not technically debited). I travel A LOT (eg 8 orher hotels in the last fortnight) and have NEVER had to do this before.

We stayed in a family room and it was very quiet. We never heard anyone while we were in our room. We didn't eat at the downstairs restaurant but it seemed like a popular hangout area for others. The staff was very warm and welcoming and held ours bags after check-out.

The property itself is in a good location, however I paid for my room with hotels.com and then arriving at EKLO they told me that payment had not been taken and insisted I had to pay again, which I questioned but did, then when the payments had cleared in my bank both hotels.com and EKLO had taken payment, and hotels.com said that EKLO are refusing to refund me….. be aware DO NOT PAY THEM AT THE HOTEL
