No smoking of any type permitted indoors at this property. An additional $250.00 cleaning fee will be assessed if guest do not follow this policy. smoking out doors is permitted please be respectful of the property if smoking outdoors.

We had a race in the area and this was a perfect spot to unwind, relax and refuel. It was clean, charming and cozy.
