Shower head had black mildew, grout did too. Ice machine on our floor did not work, forcing me to go downstairs. Also, breakfast had food but there was a time it needed to be restocked which took a bit. Elevator also is not good, it takes a while, makes noises, and has a slight drop when letting you off to you floor.

From the time I walked into the hotel I can see and smell the cleanliness. I have OCD so me saying I give the cleanliness a 10/10 is great! Everyone was very helpful when I needed anything and welcoming me, checking in, and assistance during the stay was great! My kids stayed here with me also; they didn’t want to leave, ha!

We were in a 4th floor room at one end of the traffic-side of the building. One immediate neighbor was a stairwell we never saw anyone else using. The stay was pleasant, the staff friendly and accomodating. Of course, if you want the Ritz-Carlton, you'll have to go to the Ritz-Carlton. But for the price, this was a 5-star experience.
