Nice apart hotel, well located in Pocitos
It is a nice clean apart hotel. Well located two streets away from la rambla in Pocitos. Within 5 minutes walk you can find a few bars, restaurants, and cafes. There is no restaurant or coffee service within the building. Reception service closes around midnight but you get a code to get in into the hotel.

Great rooms, microwave, mini fridge, sink and eating area. No coffee or tea in the lobby as it says on Hotels.com. Not the cleanest bathroom but overall I would recommend. Only 2-3 blocks from Pocitos beach, close restaurants.

Building located on nice street, 3 blocks form the water. Room is not well kept (painting, flooring) the linen and towels are really wore and tore down. Daily cleaning is a plus, and a tip will help you to keep it better. No front desk nor security person after midnight. Windows are not sound proof, neither doors...unfortunately you can hear everything between rooms. Flat TV and channel selection was good. Wi-fi reliable. There is NO breakfast nor breakfast area in this hotel. You can have food delivered from different restaurants till late. A small fridge will keep your beverages and small items (yogurt, sodas, fruit). The AC individual unit is for heat also, but you have extra covers in winter, that you will use for sure. There are blinds only, so sunlight will come early in the morning.

Clean, safe hotel in a quiet neighborhood
This place is in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. It will be about a 10 minute car ride away from old city. There are a few minimarkets within walking distance and I saw a few laundry places as well. There aren't too many restaurants within the immediate surroundings, but you can find a few maybe 3 blocks away. Place had a full kitchen and was very spacious. Clean and comfortable. It looks to be a converted apartment complex into a hotel.

Great hotel in convenient location
The hotel has all you would need (well unless you're looking for fancy dinner, but you can find restaurants around the city) and is perfectly located. A beach and a beautiful coastline promenade is just around the corner. Public transport stops are nearby also if you want to go anywhere else. I'd recommend the place to anyone staying in Montevideo. Stayed for two nights on a busniess trip. Really close to the world trade center, walkable distance.

Good location in Montevideo
Was the first stop last week in Uruguay. Hotel booked our city tour and Punta del este tour over email prior to our arrival which was good, since they also picked us up in hotel on time. Room had a kitchen so our water and snacks were refrigerated. Also had a a mini kitchen which was helpful. 3 blocks away from beach. Nice neighborhood with few restaurants both on the water and off. Coffee was instant and mini cakes for breakfast.

Massini Suites - good price and comfortable stay
We booked our room on line not knowing the area or having seen the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The service was good, the staff helpful and friendly. The only two complaints would be the outside noise and the noise from a vacuum cleaner at midnight in the room above us. We were happy with our room and would stay their again.
