Room very clean. Shower nice and big. Shampoo and body soap smell really good. Key card wasnt working until evening so someone would have to walk us to our room. Ice machine was in basement so had to go down every time to get some. Pool was clean but water was at room temperature, not exactly heated.

Staff at front desk very rude not interested in answering questions, she gave false information about hotel transportation, she did not explain room key inputs A/C not working it would turn off , bathroom walls and door very dusty.
