Luis checked me in and was basically my main point of contact throughout my stay. Our room unfortunately had an issue during the second night of our stay but Luis was quick to resolve the issue by getting us into another room with the similar amenities we booked for. Thank you Luis for your amazing customer service. My boyfriend and I stayed here as a small getaway for my birthday. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Overall, our stay was quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again. Great property in a convenient location with walkable food and shopping options. Staff is also great!

Overall we had a fine visit here, although we expected more for the cost. The location can't be beat, and our room was comfortable with a spectacular view of the ocean. The front desk staff was very nice, and parking was free and convenient. The room was fine, although the balcony was literally the same size as the room, so this felt like wasted space. In contrast the bathroom was tiny with no shelf space, and this was a constant chokepoint during our visit. Also on the so-so side was the free breakfast. It felt very basic and almost barebones, with essentially one option for each item. Considering the hotel's location near to so much agriculture, I was surprised that there wasn't even a fruit salad or a fresh granola option. Basically the stay was good, but we expected more at the resort-level pricing. I know that this is an expensive area with few hotels, so the pricing is unavoidable. But visitors should just adjust their expectations accordingly.

Nice location. Walls are very thin and the pipes are VERY LOUD. Parking lot outside so can hear everyone start their car and pull in. Not the best place to stay if you want something quiet

A nice location all of the staff were very friendly. The room was big, bathroom was very good and clean. The main room was very dated, the carpets were old and a bit of a smell, they could be seen not to be clean. The room just needs updating and it would of been good. A safe in the room is a must.

Place is very nice. easy to get to. Only issue is I wish they had cotton sheets. They’re polyester with cotton. I am allergic to Polyester so that was the only negative about my stay.

We stayed here for the weekend. Property is kept up but older. I appreciated the beautiful flowers on the property. Very close to everything as we walked to dinner and shopping both nights. Affordable for the area.
