Indian guy staff i think hes the manager is not helpful and very rude and unprofessional. Our hotel is very spacious, bed is comfy , very closed to the mall & we had pizza delivered. Overall its 2 star due to attitude of the indian manager. He needs a customer service training.

Our first 911 experience :(
Convenient location across the street from Del Monte Shopping Center. Great basic room, spacious, handy mini fridge and microwave, comfortable beds and pillows. Unfortunately, the beds are too high. Mom fell off the bed and hit head and arm on furniture on the way down. 911 was helpful and expedient. Had a visit to the ER. Fortunately, the Community Hospital of Monterey Peninsula is only 5 mins away.
