Nice B&B in Umbria
Ralfaella is a great host. Her mother is a great cook. She prepared home style meals for us. We enjoy the stay at this B&B.

Very hospitable, so welcoming to come into a warm place with a fire going in a typical farm fireplace on some cold, wet days! Would give perfect score but for weak wifi in room.

Comfortable clean and friendly
We arrived late but were well received and offered tea and coffee. Enjoyed a hot jacuzzi before a great nights rest. Nice linens and comfortable bed. We were greeted in the morning with coffee and then meat and cheese and bread and pastries. The hostess was very nice and accommodating. The only part that couid be improved was better directions. The listed address couldn't be found in the gps. We had just arrived in italy late and didn't have internet or phone yet so we didn't get the email sent with better directions and gps coordinates. Fortunately we spotted the sign in the dark. Great place.

A házigazdák kicsit furcsák voltak, a reggeli kielégítő. A dohányszag a földszinti reggelizőben minket zavart. Összességében rendben volt a hely.

Luogo incantevole per un completo relax
Struttura molto bella situata nel cuore dell'Umbria ideale per escursioni sia nelle vicine città sia in Lazio e Toscana. La padrona di casa è molto gentile e disponibile ed un'eccellente cuoca. Vale la pena di provare, noi ci siamo fermati un giorno in più proprio perché è un posto meraviglioso.

Ho prenotato le camere per alcuni amici la proprietaria a telefono è stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile i miei ospiti che vi hanno soggiornato hanno poi riferito di essersi trovati benissimo belle le camere, pulite, ottima colazione e accoglienza

Deplorable desayuno y tratamiento del personal
El aire acondicionado es de pago y no te lo avisan ni al reservar ni al llegar. La noche fue calurosísima. Nunca había visto un alojamiento donde el aire acondicionado fuese a través de un plus de dinero que ni nos comunicaron. El desayuno fue deplorable: pan tostado de paquete, nutella y mal café. El trato del personal fue malo, es una casa de campo donde vive el hijo del dueño que se desentienden totalmente de todo. Te dejan solo durante toda la noche en medio del campo y en compañía de una gata sarnosa que te acosa.
