Upon my arrival, the Hotel could not find my reservation. After research, they found the reservation, saying that it was the fault of Expedia/Ebookers, who had not sent them the email. Without even apologizing, to resolve the over-booking they sent me for the second, third and fourth day of my stay to another Hotel in the area. Apart from the inconvenience of going and coming back, the chosen destination, Hotel Tonfoni, despite being a three-star, was the worst Hotel in the city. Finally, on check-out, they did not give me the receipt for my Tourist Tax cash payment, despite my request. Other than the poor service received, the quality of the Hotel is not too bad. Final grade: 5.5/10 - NOT recommended.
