Assigned us the wrong unit. Ignored our request for an upper floor unit submitted at the time of the booking. Requested extra charge to switch us from the lower level to the upper level unit. Complicated request for a bit extra time for check out! Not satisfied at all. It’s a shame that we got this awful service this time here!

I wish the property had more communication and customer service. We been staying there several times abd we also tried to extend our stay nobody responded to our phone calls. The website phone number belongs to a different management company that no longer services the property. The balcony was dirty with the cigarette butts outside. The room was in excellent condition and we truly enjoyed the property amenities. We like suites sur lac and been there 5 years in a row. I hope new management will be able to keep up with the customer service.

Best place near Tremblant!
Suites Sur Lac is a yearly retreat for us and we absolutely love it! The size and style of the apartments make it very comfortable for a family to stay in with comfortable beds and nice open kitchen-living room area. The kitchen comes stocked with all the cooking and eating essentials. But what we enjoy the most are the outdoor activities. We love the tennis courts. The beach volleyball, horseshoes, petanque are all included, as well as watercrafts (canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, peddle boats). The lake is beautiful! It's big enough to go out on a nice paddle, but the waters stay calm. I can't recommend this place enough!

I LOVE "Suites sur le Lac" & I have been here many times. Place is always super clean, the activities are great & the views are fantastic. Perfect weekend getaway & I cannot wait to come back!! My one & only complaint is the market across the chalet closed at 6pm. We ran out of some things & the market would have come in real handy. Other than that, 5 stars!!!!!!!! I love it here

The setting is wonderful and comfortable. There is no beach but swimming off dock was great. Pool only opens until 6 pm which was a bit limiting otherwise access to the club facility was easy and open. Our biggest complaint is there is no physical office/front desk. You had to call a number and the phone was not reliably answered, especially after 4 pm. So if you needed soap or could not get into your suite to check in after 4, you could be stranded for a while.

We loved our stay the lake is incredible kayaking, canoeing paddle boarding you name it they’ve got it big bonus was picking fresh raspberry for breakfast! Super kid friendly we will be back!!

I liked the lake and views. However the condo needs some TLC. Also the location for only bathroom with shower is horribly located. (Off kitchen and has sliding door that does not give ANY privacy 😵‍💫) You can literally see the person using. And windows (I guess for liability issues) only opens 1/8 th . And air conditioning does NOT SHOOT TOWARDS ROOMS. So gets very hot. I get that time is spent outside. However these are all things that would definitely make the stay WAY more pleasant.
