Rural house Mas Molines

Casa Mas Molines is a catalan rural house restored in 2009 with large spaces for your family gatherings, weddings and events in general. Its large gardens and swimming pool offer you a pleasant vacation stay.
A house of 500 square meters, with eight bedrooms with their own bathroom, and a completely closed plot of 4,000 square meters.
It is located at the foot of the mountain, 4 km from the sea with green routes (bicycle lanes) to the beach. Close to the best beaches on the Costa Brava and at the same time close to important cities for culture and leisure such as Girona, Figueras, Barcelona Olot.


DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE:

The house is heated with air conditioning and heating in all areas.

Main floor:
Hall (main entrance to the interior of the house).
Dining room for thirty people with a wood-burning fireplace, exit to the hall, access to the toilets, and the living room.
Two toilets independent of the rooms, with access from the dining room.
A living room with a sofa and armchairs, with access to the main garden, access to the kitchen, the dining area and the television room.
A small living room with television, three sofas and access to the main garden, also has access to the only interior room on the ground floor.
The only bedroom located on the ground floor inside the house, it has a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and a bathroom with shower. In this room you can add an extra single bed (90 cm x 200 cm).
Kitchen equipped with kitchenware for thirty people, industrial stove, three different types of coffee makers (French, Italian, and Docegusto capsule coffee makers), blender, juicer, smoothie blender, water heater, bread toasters, three refrigerators, two freezers, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The kitchen has access to the main garden and the living room.

The pool (5 m. x 11 m.) with a bubble bench and a waterfall, and two outdoor showers.

The rear garden and the main entrance garden are natural grass.

THE RENTAL PRICE IS FOR 24 PEOPLE.

A maximum of 6 extra beds can be added.

Final cleaning and the use of sheets is mandatory. They are not included in the rental price, but you can contract it with the owner.
Final cleaning €250 maximum 9 hours.
Sheets and towels for stays of 2 nights, €15.
Sheets and towels for stays longer than 2 nights, €20

Pets have a supplement of €40 per pet.
The plug-in car costs €50 per stay.
Large events must be communicated in advance, as they have a cost of €450.

All extras are paid when the keys are handed over.
The deposit of €500 is payable only by credit card when handing over the keys.
The tourist tax is €1 per person per night and is paid when the keys are handed over.
