The room was great. The staff was very helpful. It was nice to have donuts and cereal in the morning. I work at a hotel, and i understand the some things the staff have no control over. The only thing that i didn't like, having to stand outside to check in. What are you gonna do when it gets cold? Late at night, we lock our doors too. But, when there's a customer calls, or knocks on the door to check in, we let them in. I wouldn't want to stand outside during winter at night if i didn't have to. Do you still make customers stand stay outside to check in? I'm not trying to bash you guys, I'm just curious. Room was clean. I got the deluxe suite. It surprised me with 3 beds. There were 4 of us and, and only 2 of us are together. My friend brought an air mattress 2 gotten needs and 1 king. Very nice.

We were greeted with the room door that was stuck and difficult to open. Then, the room was very stuffy. The A/C never did cool off the room, very humid! The bathroom was run down. Door and doorframe were scratched and worn. The tub needs replaced, it was very grungy/worn. The sink counter was worn/old. ☹️

My stay was great. The only recommendation uh e is do something to fix the floor in the tub/shower. It is so slippery I almost fell. I had to puts towel on the tub/shower floor to keep from shipping.

Super Friendly front desk staff. We stayed in Room 215. The Bathroom had Black Hair on Toliet Ring, Sink and Bathtub and Floor. We just cleaned it up no problem. Strange that the Bathroom vent is in the shower ceiling and appeared to be plugged and did not work. That was odd as i have never seen a exhaust fan in the Shower/ bath tub ceiling. I kept wondering thats electric 😕 but it did not work so the Bathroom has no vent. The TV did not work at all. We called front desk and the told us the steps to fix it on day 1. But, it didn't work. Day two the staff came down to fix it and couldn't fix it either. So, we used our phones for tv. Mattress was ok. Bed sheets were ok but the blue dust ruffle was gross There is no elevator so we had to carry our bags up two sets of steps. Our room rate was $266. For 2 nights checked out 9-22-2024. Honestly, the Staff is Awesome. We did not request a credit or anything and did not complain. Again the bed was ok and the most friendly staff ever!

The staff here was very nice, the hotel is in a good location and is very close to fast food restaurants and gas stations. The rooms were basic and weren't the prettiest but for the price it makes up for it. We stayed here for the race weekend at Michigan International Speedway which is about 45 minutes away and about a half hour away from Ann Arbor. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back some day.

This is the second time we have stayed at this motel. The room is a good size. The beds were comfortable and clean. The fridge, microwave and A/C all worked well. They have a decent breakfast. The only minor complaint was at the end of the hall it looked like someone threw up and the carpet looked stained / dirty from it. For the price you won't find a better value in the area. We would stay here again if in the area.

I called on Tuesday to verify the reservation and let them know my son would be checking in late, they said they noted the account saw the reservation. My son got there at 1am and they said they had no reservation under that name and he showed them the reservation and they said they show no recordof it and they are all booked up. So he had to drive home 3 hours in the middle of the night. How did they show a reservation earlier in the week and then it was gone? I am extremely disappointed in this
