The room we originally booked was very damp and the carpet was wet. We were moved to another room -staff was VERY kind - but the new room was also damp, the shower was moldy and the shower curtain pole was falling out of the wall. The door to the parking lot didn't fully close and you could see out through the large crack. The breakfast was ok, but the muffins were burnt black. Over all, it was not a great experience.

The property was a little difficult to find, the street goes behind a hardware store. Had trouble cause we had wait for a semi to back into the lumber yard. Each walkout room (which I had booked) had a reserved spot. Not the hotel's fault, but mine was taken by another person staying at the hotel, and I had to park on the other side of the building. We spent one night, the bed was super comfy, the bathroom was clean, staff was friendly.

Staff was super nice and accommodating. I felt the rooms could have been a little cleaner. Some areas smelled like pee and the bedding had some staining. You could hear everyone in the rooms around us. So it isn't soundproof. The breakfast was good, lots to choose from. And i liked that we had two entrances into our room, outside and from the inside. And we had our own living room, seperate from the bedroom which was nice, especially with kids. And we had our own parking spot. Wifi was a little wonky. Kept cutting in and out, so that was kind of disappointing. Overall, it was an okay place to stay, but I done think we will be back unfortunately.

We had a suite and it was like a small apartment. Lots of room. Very comfortable. Staff was super friendly and everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was good.

The free breakfast was great. Lots of choices, etc. Room was clean. The internet was terrible. Couldn't keep connected for more than a few minutes at a time and when you have 3 children between 9-12 internet is a must.

Enjoyed our stay. Had a great sleep. Felt very safe. Very clean. Only issue was our key card kept stopping working but staff fixed it easily so was not a big problem at all.
