The bed was really not as comfortable as it could have been. Also, the hand soap and hand cream say they are dove but they don't smell like that at all.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities and rooms were very clean and well maintained. Seasonal decorations were enthusiastic and festive. The only thing I would change is over our 3 night stay was I would love to see more scrambled eggs and bacon rather than frozen sausage patties. Fried eggs had little to no yolks. Overall we had a great stay. No complaints. Would stay here in future.

We had a very nice stay. Staff were very friendly. Upon entering our room and opening the curtains, 3 deer were grazing juat beyond the fence. The hotel was quiet and very clean. There was a great variety for breakfast. The prepared food was not hot but certainly tasted fine. Id absolutely stay there again.

This was my second stay at this venue. While the facilities are excellent and the hotel itself could easily compare with some 4-star chains, the customer service fell short this time. I contacted the front desk from my room to extend my stay and add an additional room, and I was provided a price over the phone. However, when I went downstairs to finalize the booking, the rate was nearly double what I had been quoted. The staff member I spoke to earlier was unavailable, and although I had requested to pay by debit—an arrangement they confirmed—they instead charged my credit card, later referring to it as a misunderstanding. Another guest checking out at the same time mentioned experiencing a similar issue with unexpected additional charges. While they chose to raise the matter with management, I opted to share my feedback here. Overall, the hotel offers great amenities and a pleasant environment, but the current staff’s communication and customer service skills could benefit from additional training to ensure a more consistent and transparent guest experience.

Parking was great and plentiful. Reception staff were pleasant and they even found us wine glasses. Rooms were spacious and also very clean. Had an enjoyable stay at the Holiday Inn Express.
