We have stayed at this location several times in past few years. This time the pool was out of service (was not informed while booking) we had the same room as previous stay and the smell was strong like mold or animal urine. Also the broken sliding door remained unable to close since last visit in July. On the Saturday of our stay the internet would not work all day long into the next morning before it started working. Seems just certain areas of the hotel but not sure. Most likely will stay elsewhere next visit.

The hallways and stairs are lined with ripped dated carpet. The wifi is very slow. Continental breakfast is ok but the coffee is terrible. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the casino, highway, and not far from the city.

It was a cheap place to stay close to our concert venue. Front staff were not very friendly, looked like they didn’t want to be there, line up of people waiting to check in., prob didn’t help their mood. Just okay for cleanliness , a lot of dirty, ripped carpets, breakfast was nice but you could tell ceiling vent in dining room were not cleaned very often.

Get there and had to wait 45 minutes to check in to be told that the room was unavailable and they put us in a king suite. Then was told that they would send up a cot at 8pm for my kid. Went to desk at 9pm looking for the cot, never got it until 10:30pm. The kids were excited to go to the pool but couldn't go because they had it shut down Sunday and Monday.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Deathly clean but the pool and and fitness center was closed and as such shouldn’t be full price for only half to none of the amenities that the property could offer
