Situated at the frontier of Anjou, Poitou and Touraine, the residence offers you the possibility of enjoying the water and the fine sandy beach at the shore of a lake of 10 ha. Access a multitude of activities: wakeboarding, fishing, canoeing, water slide, mini golf, cycling, tennis, beach volleyball, skateboarding, hiking.
Nature, relaxation, beach and water sports, in short, you cannot get bored in this fantastic place.
The park consists of 10 wooden chalets, which can accommodate up to 8 people and 13 cottages for 6 people. The houses are built in an eco-friendly architectural style and are fully equipped for your comfort.
Park facilities include a bowling pitch, tennis court, a mini-golf course, a playground for children, a picnic area. You have at your disposal a free parking place.
During weekends and holidays, facing the lake, there is a snack bar with terrace.

This charming gite of 70m² tastefully decorated, is suitable for maximum 6 persons and it features a big living room with a sofa bed and TV, a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms are furnished one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The kitchen is fully-equipped with electric oven, hotplates, hood, big refrigerator/freezer, sink, microwave oven/grill, coffee maker, dishes and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub and separated WC. The accommodation has a terrace with outdoor furniture.
For an additional fee you can reserve towels, baby kit (a folding baby bed and a high chair) or final cleaning. Payment for the extra services is to be made locally upon arrival. Bed linen, blankets or duvets and pillows are included in the rental price.

Discover the historical, cultural and architectural heritage of the region: the city of Moncontour, its donjon and its wash houses, the medieval city of Poitiers, Renaudot city, Loudun. Discover also the wine route of Chinon and of Saumur. Finally, discover the Futuroscope at 45 minutes from the resort. The valley of the monkeys at Romagne (1h15) Snake island at Trimouille (at 1h44), crocodile Planet at Civaux (at 1h06). At 30 minutes, you will find a golf course in Roiffe-Fontevraud and the spa and casino of Roche-Posay which is at 1h14 and at 20 km away you can discover the historic town of Thouars. Other nearby attractions that you can visit are: Puy du Fou (at 1h15), the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud (at 30 minutes), The Giants of the sky at Chauvigny (at 1h). Dare to make a bungee jump at Isle-Jourdain (at 1h30).

The following services are included in the rental price: bed linen (beds not made), blankets or duvets and pillows, water and electricity charges, parking for 1 vehicle, free and unlimited access to the leisure area (beach, swimming, activities), mailing service, power adapter rental (deposit required in cash), barbecue rental (identity document in deposit), loan of board games (ID in deposit).
Maximum of 2 pets per accommodation are allowed, dogs of category 1 and 2 are strictly prohibited. Pets must be kept on a leash within the residence and although can accompany you on the leisure leash, but they can not enjoy the beach or swimming.

A tourist tax (per person per day) must be paid as well upon arrival.
