The accommodation is located on the top floor of a building with only 4 floors and offers a balcony with sea view, where you can have a leisurely breakfast. Through the interior you can reach a terrace of about 60 m², which is protected from views from the outside and spoils you with a magnificent view of the sea.
The 75 m² apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen with a ceramic stove, washing machine, refrigerator and microwave oven, and a living/dining room equipped with air conditioning. Here you will also find the balcony overlooking the sea.
The building includes a communal pool, a large play area for children with swings and slide and an underground garage where a parking space is reserved for your vehicle.
In this area you can expect numerous activities of a sporting nature, both in winter and in summer, which are provided, among other things, by the numerous sports facilities with their events and competitions.
