Our bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Our room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for days. The hotel is in need of major repairs and the lobby area is dark.

A nightmare! This was incomparably the worst hotel experience of my life. I rented three rooms. Two of the family groups were delayed and couldn't check in until late. There was NO-ONE AT THE FRONT DESK when they tried to check in, and no-one responded to the number left at the front desk to call. I called the corporate offices who said they contacted the manager. The manager was supposed to contact me and never did. In the end, both of these families had to stay in a private home in the city, some sleeping on the floor, after they could find no other lodging. THEY DID NOT GET TO SLEEP IN THEIR HOTEL ROOMS!!! When they returned for the second day of rental during business hours, the two family groups were given keys to their rooms, and when one of them returned that night, the key let them into a ROOM THAT WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED. They went to the front desk for help, and NO-ONE WAS THERE, and no-one would answer the number left. For THE SECOND NIGHT they had to seek other lodging and borrow a local person's bed.

Older property - room/beds were comfortable enough, but no safes in room, and the two most irritating factors: 1. sign on pool window sloppily taped up, read "pool closed for maintenance." Didn't see any sign of pool maintenance - and coupled with really terrible breakfast the next morning (late roll out, and poor selection - all carbs, rotting orange juice and cold bad coffee - that, and you had to walk through the breakfast area (small door), to front counter (bad layout), so too much traffic both at check in and check out. Won't stay here again.
