Affordable new motel in Moab.
This property looks quite new, is clean with relatively quiet cooling unit in the room and is close to restaurants and shopping, just off the Main Street through town. There is no breakfast, but coffee and tea are available in the lobby 24 hrs. Bedding is nice but too firm for my comfort. The price is reasonable for this area.

Room did not have AC on when we checked in and it was 110 outside. After running the wall unit to cool it down , thinks began to feel “damp” with humidity. Hallway between rm 216-218 had a large defect in floor. Felt like the floor would cave in if you stepped hard enough. Reported to the front desk. Felt the area should have had a safety sign put up immediately.

It was so clean! Very cozy, nice, comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean and nice. Looked like it had been upgraded. It was the best hotel on our 15 day trip that we have stayed in so far. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel was good value for money. The staff were pleasant. We had a cozy king which was cozy but big enough for just a couple of nights. There was coffee & water available in the foyer 24hrs. The room and bathroom were clean and modern and the bed was comfortable. It was walking distance to many bars/restaurants/shops although it was 106° so we drove! Would definitely stay there again.
