Clean and felt like i was in a nice motor lodge and refreshing to stay in something not "big corporation". Free breakfast wasnt just a bowl of cereal and a piece of toast. Eggs, sausage, fresh bagels, cereal if you did want it, fresh juice and coffee. Coffee in the room.

You're on your own if you stay here, which maybe could turn out fine but I wouldn't recommend this risk to anyone. Plenty of other options in Moab that I wish we'd gone with instead. There's not staff or management actually on site here (24-hour check in is a video kiosk in an otherwise empty front office), so you need to hope nothing goes wrong. Our toilet clogged (no big deal) but then overflowed (significantly bigger problem!) late in the evening. We shut off the water and mopped it up ourselves. The kiosk agent put us on lengthy holds to check with a manager. Their machine issued us a key to another room but the key didn't work and for whatever reason needed manager approval to try again. The manager called a while after midnight "hoping everything was okay" but we just missed it, and then they would not answer our returned calls and voicemailbox was full. We never got access to a clean room. The next morning, breakfast staff was on site and empathetic (and did have good food) but could not do anything about our situation. I talked to a new kiosk agent who allegedly started process for a refund in consideration of the awful experience. I called a week later to check on its status and was told they actually couldn't doing anything but if I wanted to talk to a manager they would call me. Still haven't heard from them, and no sign of a refund or apology.

Just okay. Definitely budget. Checkin was virtual and annoying. AC was super noisy. Place is pretty old and run down. They've attempted to up the rooms, but with cheap stuff.

The rooms were sparkling clean. The rooms were recently renovated. The housekeeping staff was very good. Breakfast had eggs, sausages, bagels, toast, yogurt. Check in was very easy with the kiosk. I would highly recommend.

Nice motel at the main street of Moab.
Nice and clean room. Parking spot was little bit off from the room as we had a corner room. One big disappointment was the shower. To set the correct temp of the water - you must obtain the engineering bachelor's degree (fortunately I have one :D). The positives: I felt safe, good breakfast (more than just continental bf), location at the main street of Moab.

Nice adventure!
The room was very nice and clean. They had a water leak but it was taken care of a immediately. We were impressed with the comfort of the bed and it may have been the best night sleep after a 3 week trip.

Room was small but sufficient, bed was comfortable. Furnishings and fixtures are old, but in good condition. This is an updated, old motor motel. Parking is extremely tight, but you park right in front of your unit. Free breakfast was good - tables were available but packed. We were at the end unit 20 feet from the main road/highway but very little noise. Biggest issue is check-in. Done via kiosk. No human.
