We were unable to unlock door with key to get in and it took 2 staff to open it for us. It seemed stuck. When we can back from dinner, we had to get staff to open the door again. When we were ready to leave in the morning, we had to get attention of cleaning staff since nobody answered the office phone. Too 2 people again to open door. When I told the manager it was unsafe to not be able to open door in case of fire or stormy weather, she laughed and said “air tight door “ The carpet was filthy, damp and sticky. Our socks and feet were black from walking across floor. I don’t believe you would have this motel on your list if you would see this property.

It is an older style motel that is well taken care of. The staff appear proud of the motel and eager to please. The breakfast had biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, bagels, pastry, yogurt, fruit as well as juice and coffee. Everything was in good repair and clean. Beds were comfortable. It's right off I90 and many food options are close. The good reviews were accurate
