Room was spacious, with a kitchenette. Very basic (had to ask for a hairdryer and a second bath towel) but had good a/c. Needs some maintenance inside and out. Very convenient access to the University and Grizzly Stadium. The line for check-in was out the door and we overheard that rooms were not ready. We left, returned an hour later, and still waited in line for nearly 30 minutes to check in.

I left some stuff and every time I try and call there is no live person who answers. I let it ring for 18 minutes. Main light and bathroom lights didn’t work, fridge door wouldn’t close. So at least that light worked.

Perfect for the Pearl Jam concert. The GM could not have been one bit more patient and awesome checking in so many music fans at one time. Give Roxanne a raise!!!!

Stay away. The rooms are kind of clean but I could tell them didn’t wash all of the linens. People live at the motel so it seems unsafe. People were doing drugs in the parking lot and had all kinds of junk laying around. The property is dirty and run down. Spend the extra money and go anywhere else.

The room was OK with a nice kitchenette but there was no toilet paper or trash can liners and the floor had not been swept or cleaned. There also seemed what looked like drops of blood on the floor and only one on the bathroom wall.

I was here because my mother was life flighted from 5 hours away. Stayed first night fine went to check in 2nd night and they had given my room away. Slept in a car all night due to no hotel rooms available. Terrible way to treat a family in distress over tbeir mother in the hospital.
