Had a couple holes in the wall in the bathroom shower toilet Was way too low. Other than that I love this place breakfast wasn’t very good. Sausage was pretty rough. It got pretty cold the night I was there. I don’t think the heat was on yet and the iron was broken in my room.

Hotel was ok but hot tub and pool were FREEZING. We told the staff and they said they’d have it checked out but it did not improve. It is so frustrating when the pool and hot tub were a big part of why we picked this hotel with our kids.

Very clean and property was very well maintained. Beds and pillows comfortable. Quiet. Manager helped with an issue unrelated to the hotel. Very good value. Location easy to find and navigate, and close to the medical clinic and KU Med. Breakfast was usual continental breakfast fare, but I really liked the sausage gravy- not too much pepper! We have stayed here several times now, and probably will again!

The hot tub and pool were very well sized and very clean The rooms are very clean the breakfast was really good The people were friendly even the guests that stayed there were from the parking lot was clean well lidded I would definitely stay again

Torn carpet leading into bathroom. Hot tub heater stopped working after second night and was not fixed by the time we left three days later. Disappointing as this was one of the major reasons for choosing this hotel. No one at the front desk at checkout time with four guests waiting to check out.

The only concern was the breakfast. The selection was excellent. The problem was the temperature of the food. The pancakes were hot because they were made in a machine on request and the biscuit and gravy seemed hot. The eggs, sausage, potatoes were warm at best and the milk was curdled when poured on the cereal. This was both morning that we stayed there. Even when they brought out a new container of food is was barely warm. This is not how it was on our previous stays.
