Great but needs small work.
Everything was great. Trully. Close beach access. Great parking. Great place. Only complaints are the grill did not work. The jacuzzi did not work at all.

The house was clean and is in a very good location near the beach. Jacuzzi was not working properly for the first 2 days, then they fixed it but not all jets were working.

Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Living space and kitchen are very outdated and furniture was disgusting/stained to set on.
Outside is very outdated. Pool/spa worked about half the time. Outdoor seating was very worn, uncomfortable, and disgusting to set on. Outdoor kitchen needs to be totally updated/replaced.

The house and property were excellent for what we had going on!!!! The only issue was we had 13 people in our party and were only allowed 10 bands to go to the beach. I would highly recommend this house for any family get together! We truly loved the outdoor area!
