newly built, is located in the Drome-Provencale, in the village of Mirabel aux Baronnies.
Mirabel aux Barronnies is located in the southern Drome, where on average more sun hours have been measured over the last 20 years than on the Cote d’Azur.

Heerlijke week in de Provence
We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Het huis is mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad was voor de kinderen fantastisch. De omgeving is prachtig, het huis ligt ook heel centraal. Vriendelijke eigenaars en beheerder. Enige tip: horren op slaapkamers en evt airco.

Perfect stay in a really nice bungalow!
The bungalow is much greater and than you might expect from the photos and the facilities is complete (we missed nothing in this house). The kitchen is equipped completely and we also enjoyed the Sonos speaker very much. As we were there beginning of April the pool was closed (of course), but during summer this is definitely a great feature. Mirabel-aux-Baronnies is a small village in the countryside but close to Vaison-la-Romaine (10 km) and Nyons (8 km) where you can find everything for shopping and dining. For us, this village was a perfect pick as it is a very good starting point for cycling. So if you like cycling, this place and the area around is great (much better than many other locations we have been in the past such as Mallorca, Emilia Romana, Sicilia, Sardinia,...). So overall, we can recommend this bungalow 100%!

Tolles Haus mit hervorragendem Pool und Garten
Kontakt mit Karen, der Vermieterin, war sehr gut, wir haben alle notwendigen Informationen vorab erhalten. Haus, Garten und Pool sind sehr gut gepflegt. An Ausstattung fehlt nichts relevantes, wir haben nur kurz einen Toaster vermisst. Das WiFi war sehr gut, wir haben keine Klagen unserer Teenager erhalten. Der Ort mit Bäcker, kleinem Supermarkt und Apotheke liegt nahe, man muss eine steile Treppe hinab und im Dorf wieder bergauf gehen. Tennisplätze liegen am Ortsrand und bieten eine schöne sportliche Abwechslung. Wir empfehlen dieses Unterkunft für Familien ohne Einschränkung.

First-class house, very well maintained, fully equipped, quietly with a very high recreation factor
The holiday home is really first-class and very good and quiet. Was a very great week with sitting outside in the evening, enjoying the pool. The equipment was great and the house is really very well maintained. No wishes remained unfulfilled. The region offers many opportunities for swimming, cycling, enjoying food in the wine villages, visiting historic villages.

SUPER BIEN!!
Superbe maison plain-pied décorée avec gout. Piscine, manque des transats. Environnement parfait. Le petit village est très animé. On y accède à pied. Pour les fruits et légumes je conseille le domaine des ARCHES. A 5 min. Il y a aussi pleins de dégustation de vins et huile d olives à faire aux alentours. je conseille vivement cette location

Ontspannen verblijf in complete, aantrekkelijk ingerichte vakantiewoning
Een voortreffelijke woning: ruim, modern ingericht, prima bedden en compleet uitgeruste keuken. Geheel met groen omheinde tuin zorgt voor privacy bij het zonnen en zwemmen. Hier komen we zeker terug!

Comfortabele en mooie villa met prachtig zwembad rustig gelegen.
Alles was aanwezig in de woning om te genieten van een rustige vakantie. Prachtig zwembad waar we veel plezier in gehad hebben. Mooi schaduwrijk terras om rustig tot 's avonds laat buiten te zitten. Alleen jammer van de muggen die ons kwamen lastig vallen,maar ja die hebben we hier ook en daar kan je weinig aan doen. De bedden zijn heel comfortabel en iedere slaapkamer heeft een mooie inloopdouche. Keuken is van alles voorzien. Kortom het was een beetje als "thuiskomen". Ook de ontvangst bij aankomst door Jude,de housekeeper,was zeer hartelijk en we kregen een duidelijke uitleg over het huis en de streek. We hebben genoten van onze vakantie. Bedankt!

Heerlijk vakantiehuis!
Twee weken doorgebracht in deze mooie luxe vakantiewoning. Van alle gemakken voorzien, en het zwembad met tuin is echt geweldig! Het huis biedt alles wat je nodig hebt, het ontbreekt er aan niets. Wie weet komen we nog eens terug!
