The Space:
Come and spend a pleasant stay in this beautiful villa Louisiana, very well equipped for a stay in the heart of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Ideally located between the South Basin and the North Basin and only 30 minutes from the center of Bordeaux, the location promises a superb vacation, Mios is a lively city with many activities.

The house is composed of
- 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 6 people,
- a separate toilet,
- an italian shower double basin,
- a very well equipped kitchen,
- and a comfortable living room.

Outside you will find

- and toys at disposal,
The whole without any opposite thanks to its imposing hedge all around the house and approximately 15m of parking to give you the possibility of entering at least 2 vehicles.

La Salamandre is located at exactly 1km from the center where you will have the pleasure to find many shops, as well as a park with many activities, pumptrack, petanque ground, skate park, basketball court, soccer field , games for children for all ages, health course, course in the forest, canoe-kayak, tree climbing course, guinguette and market on Wednesday and Sunday.
The city is served by many bicycle paths allowing you to go all around the basin.
On site you will have 4 bikes at your disposal (2 adults and 2 teenagers), there is the possibility to rent bikes from companies on site if needed.
Knowing the area perfectly, I would be happy to advise you on how to plan your activities during your stay.

House linen is included (tea towels, bath mats).
Bed and bath linen is not included in the price, as our guests generally like to save the cost of this. However, we do offer an optional full set of bed and bath linen for 23€ incl. tax/person per stay. This can be ordered and paid for after booking.
A compulsory \intermediate cleaning" fee is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. However, the house must not be left dirty when the tenants leave. We ask our tenants to leave the accommodation as they find it on their arrival (kitchen and sanitary facilities clean, fridge and cupboards emptied, no trace of apparent dirt, bins removed, etc.). left dirty, the Tenant will have a deduction from the deposit for the extra time spent cleaning the accommodation, at the rate of 35€/hour The tenant will be informed without delay by message via the platforms, by sms or email, with photo. (s) and/or video(s). to the description of the advert for the price of the complete cleaning, or contact us directly. For this accommodation, the amount of this package is an additional 100€.
