Great Mall of America stay
This was a perfect spot for visiting the Mall of America. You can literally walk right over to the mall. And there’s a fantastic local pizza place next door. King bed was comfy, but the pull out bed was not. The pull out bed was perfectly clean though. Plenty of linens, also very clean. Pool was small and crowded, just to let future travelers know about that. Rooms were quiet even though it was very close to the airport. If we have to fly out of MSP in the future, I would definitely use this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great - lots of choices.

Very clean, staff was all very friendly. However, many families stay here apparently, and there were lots of kids running up and down the halls, jumping off furniture until 11 pm, so made it difficult to sleep.

We loved our stay at TownePlace Suites! The staff was amazing. Super convenient location, right across the street from the mall and a light rail stop that takes you straight to the airport or downtown. The room was clean and comfy. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend

We stayed here for 12 days and can't say enough good things about this hotel. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything. I loved that they even had gluten-free options for breakfast. At first I was concerned about the hotel being close to the airstrip but the noise did not bother us. It was not bad at all.

Perfectly good, from check-in to out, all of thing were perfect. Room was clean, micro wave, refrigerator and dish washer are good. All staff were kind, breakfast was good, delicious. Aircraft noise is only detect, but no problem to sleep.

We billed this hotel because the ratings and reviews were so high. I honestly don’t understand how it was rated as well as it was. The hotel is average unless you’re highest need is proximity to the mall. It’s just across the street. The planes are taking off and landing day and night, nearly directly overhead, so it’s not quiet. I wouldn’t book it again, but if I had to stay there again, I’d be okay with it. The staff’s friendliness is probably what most stood out.

Great! Clean hotel, great location! Much quieter than you’d expect that close to the airport. The breakfast was wonderful. I also liked the fitness center. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll probably stay there again.
