Staff and the overall cleanliness were really the only good things at the hotel. Staff were very helpful. As far as the stay, it was very subpar. Breakfast was a little underwhelming. You could smell a little bit of weed in the hallways. Did I have a good stay? For the most part, it was alright. Would I stay again? Probably not unfortunately

Called on my return to see if shuttle was coming. Lady that answered was very rude and told me I had to request it online. I was not told that when I was dropped off. Was just told where to go and thats where I will be picked up. She proceeded to ask for may information and i was giving her my nam and spelling it for her and she kept interuppting me asking for my first and last name. I will not use this hotel nor the shuttle servive again!

Charged me twice. Then trying to tell me it was for incidentals (58.63 is odd number for incidentals) and then said they were going to refund me that could take up to 10’days and then charged me a third time at 2am while I was already checked in. Didn’t get refunded for that. Just told me I could park for free then. Front desk doesn’t seem to not know what they’re doing. The guy the next morning was super nice and let us eat before breakfast opened. Otherwise would’ve been 1 star

The room was tidy, clean but small! We called on Sunday to make sure we could get the ride share to airport Wednesday morning and park there. When we checked in he said he didnt have us down and it would cost us to park there. This was highly disappointing as we called in even and werent told that!

window in room doesn't close all the way, room was on the freeway side. This should be a major concern of the hotel to have fixed, Minneapolis gets real cold and this window heater will be working overtime to keep the room warm soon. Also the dope smell in the common areas. Room was clean so that is a bonus.

Hot tub leaking in room 126. Change room to 151, still terrible leaking from the ceiling in the middle of the night that woke me up with a loud leaking noises. I let John know, the night service. I just stay there. I was too tried to moved my things to another room. Check out the next day.

The rooms do not have any closets nor anywhere to hang coats nor clothing. This is unacceptable. Out of the 3 days we were there, the elevator worked for a couple of hours on the first day. I had my parents with limited mobility and had to climb stairs. A room on the first floor was not offered. This too was unacceptable because one of the reasons this hotel was chosen was because it had an elevator. The staff at the front desk were not friendly at all. When I I asked for clean towels, they looked annoyed. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
