1. We were allocated a room on third floor and given keys for, which was already occupied while their system showed as available. My daughter had to drag all the luggage from 3rd floor back to reception then Receptionist went back to 3rd floor with her to confirm. Showed himself surprised when he found luggage of other customer in the room. Then my daughter had to come back to reception with all the luggage when he now allocated a room on 2nd floor. She had to go to this room now which had a dirty sofa bench. Upon reporting on phone, Receptionist unapologetically said now the cleaning staff has gone, I can allocate you another room but I don’t have on the same floor, that was a lie as We could see many rooms open and Housekeeping activities were ongoing. My daughter by now, gave up. 1. room had a dirty sofa bench. 2. One of the table lamp wasn’t working. Yes, wire below was connected. 3. TV had only one channel, TNT working. Absolutely no other content. We confirmed over phone from Reception and they confirmed yes, There is only one channel. 4. Checked about Gym in the hotel and we were told that Gym is not working and then we questioned why it is showing up in the photos when we booked it Room at Expedia then he said those photos are old. 5. Though there was some paint renovation was happening on our floor but still the stale smell in the corridors at all floors was noticeable. Linen, Beds, bathroom and AC were good.

The air quality has been the best of all the hotels we've stayed over the last several weeks - no smoke, no second hand smoke in fabric, no second hand smoke, no heavy pet odor. Staff are present working. The breakfast was okay. The room is very nice.

We changed hotel rooms two times. The first time they moved us because they didn't have a proper working toilet, the second because the room smelled of gasoline. The premises also smelt a lot like pot and a lot of areas within the room needed maintenance (shower didn’t drain, and shower rod was falling off the rod, air conditioner would randomly quit).

The staff were great but the room was gross. Very dirty and as we were leaving I was doing a quick room check and there was dirty underwear under the bed. Gross!! Won’t stay again.

DON'T STAY HERE!
I requested an early check-in and was told 2 PM. Regular check-in is 3 PM. I ended up having to rent a car from the airport so I had a place for my bags while I went to meetings. When i checked in, the mgr wanted to charge me a $200 room deposit. I told him to cancel my room. I didn't have $200 to spend since I rented a car. He said he'd only charge me $100 and I went to my room. I later noticed he charged me $175. I got off the elevator to the smell of marijauna. My door wasn't shut all the way. I pushed it open and walked in. The door frame is too small and the door gets stuck. It took both hands to get it shut and lock the deadbolt. The room smelled terrible. The ac kept the room from getting hot, but never cool. I went to shower and thr shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. The curtain kept sliding back to the middle, so water got all over bathroom. And it smelled like cigarettes when the vent fan was on. There were no bed pillows. Only throw pillows with pillow cases on them. I did check for bed bugs, surprisingly there weren't any. They had no plates at breakfast. Everyone was eating pancakes with plastic spoons out of bowls. I grabbed the best looking banana I could find and went back to my room. I was about to peel it when I saw bugs crawling all over it. I know this isn't the Hilton, but I've never had issues with a Super 8. All I wanted was a clean room for one night. I'll never stay at a Super 8 again.
