Enjoyed my stay in Minneapolis
The overall design and room amenities were very nice. I was very pleased they allowed me to check in early as I had work to do and the desk/table in the room was perfect. The only complaint I have is about the bed. It was not very comfortable and I have never seen such tiny pillows. Other than that, I really enjoyed the room. Most of the staff were very friendly and courteous. However, two of the desk clerks were fairly rude and dismissive.

Super close to the armory for concerts. The restaurant on the other side of the block has fabulous food. The games were fun and the parking was extremely easy, though a little pricey. The room was relatively clean, but could have been a little bit more attended too. Pretty comfy bed and I wish there was a microwave in the room, the one public one was very dirty.

Property needs updating, service was slow and not very friendy in restaurant. Bed was not comfortable, bathrooms shower was a pain to shut on and off. If you need to post directions on how to use shower than that should have been first clue in not to intall.

Add for the property said there was provided parking. Unfortunately, that means third party parking at the stadium ramp. If there’s an event at us bank stadium, you’d better get your parking early and not plan on leaving the ramp until the next day if you plan on having parking during your stay

I was offered a room upgrade, thinking it was because I am an Expedia gold status member. I was charged for the upgrade, and when I inquired about this at check-out, the representative told me she would have her manager look into it and contact me. No one has contacted me, and I was charged for my "free room upgrade"

Super friendly staff. Nice design and interior. Walkable for lunch and dinner. Hotel gym was decent - has dumbbells for free weights + machines. Not a big gym but better than many hotel gyms.
