The overnight front desk employee was fantastic. We didn’t arrive at the hotel until 3am and she was incredibly helpful with parking suggestions and any other accommodations we needed. She was also very friendly and professional and after a stressful day of travel with a busy weekend she made it the most seamless experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was well maintained. My only reason for 3 stars is the SHOWER. I hadn’t even noticed in the pictures prior to my choosing this hotel that it DOESNT HAVE A DOOR and instead is only HALF a piece of glass (which I guess I can partially blame myself for not being more observant to pictures & just assuming that all showers have full doors?) However, I cannot take any blame for the RARELY existent HOT WATER. Unless you plan your showers for a time when most other guests wouldn’t be (around dinner time), your shower is going to be cold and I can attest to this from personal experience. Any time in the morning or later in the evening, you can fully expect an incredibly unpleasant experience.

First they tell me i have to park two blocks away and just walk through the Skywalk. Come through the Skywalk, get to the elevator and it won't go down to -1 for the tunnel. Had to walk outside and around the building back in and this was Saturday at 4pm (wouldn't think the elevator would be closed) then they said to bring them the parking ticket, when i did she didn't know what to do with it since it was a new process and would have a manager call me that morning (which never happened) then to leave early Monday morning, Skywalk is closed, had to walk to the parking garage through downtown streets with our luggage like a homeless family, quite embarrassing with your child. I typically stay a few blocks away during the game, this time we chose to stay here and it was the wrong decision. Mic

The room itself was fine .. but we had a terrifying experience with a person we believe works at the hotel. We were followed back to our room and were unable to sleep because we were so scared. We were too afraid to let the front desk know as we did not know what relation the person had to the hotel or staff members. In the morning we were still shaken up to the point we couldn’t get ourselves to report it to the front desk due to fear the person would find out who we were or still be lingering at the hotel. We have stayed at hotels all across the country and this was the first time I truly felt my life was in danger. We will not be returning to this hotel. I’m still shaking as I write this 1 week later..

The staff was helpful , friendly and attentive however on Saturday night saw a crack in the ceiling and heard water dripping- I didn’t pay much attention because I didn’t see anything- thought it was the bathroom sink or toilet- woke up Monday morning to water all over the floor and a steady dripping of water from above- called the maintenance and left a message and my husband went downstairs to tell front desk and advise him to tell them to check the room directly upstairs he said maintenance will be in at 7am but he will call and give them heads up - about 7:20 maintenance showed up and said that the guest in the room upstairs left the shower on - although we were checking out at 11am we were not comfortable staying- The employees at the front desk and in the OUI restaurant were wonderful- we were given 2 vouchers for breakfast trying to compensate for the inconvenience however it was not a good ending to a great vacation away - we do have photos if necessary

Thought there was a free breakfast everyday and there wasn’t…thought there was at least a coffee bar and I was wrong again.. For $300 a night, I thought for sure I could get a cup of coffee, not a generic cup in my room..even a 2 star place offers that..very disappointing..

Clean, comfortable beds, 2 bottles of water in the room. Some onsite parking - both outside and underground - but it’s fairly limited. Several restaurants and coffee shops close by. Blocks from US Bank Stadium and The Armory. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was great. The only problem was is the wallpaper in the bathroom was starting to come up by the shower on that probably needs to be fixed but other than that it was a great room and the staff was wonderful. I just don’t understand why $199 additional was held on my card.
