I reserved a room via Orbitz, fully paid with my Credit Card and got a Receipt. At checking in, I was asked repeatedly for roughly an additional $28. I refused to pay and showed my Orbitz Receipt. It took (15) minutes and (3) phone calls before I was given a room key.

Check in was ok, but I wish they would get rid of the plexiglass, can’t hear what they are saying. Covid is over. Then it said pets stay free but they wanted $100.00 deposit. The room was horrible. The tub drain was plugged, what ever house keeping washed the floor with made the floor slippery, there was no chair for the desk, it definitely needed some updating. But the bed was comfortable. Will never stay there again

Very scary and unsettling

It was not very fun, the other people staying there were scary. I seen people outside doing drugs by the bushes on the outskirts of the property at night. Also my 82 year old mother was approached by a man talking strange and thought she was crazy for having a pet as a companion.

I had really uncomfortable stay experienced. I found spider webs in my rooms in mostly every single corner of walls. Spiders were mostly everywhere on sink on my bath towels. Luckily wont found any my bed so had 4 day stay at room but compare to online pictures actual visit is totally diffrent then expected. Dont go for pictures.
