Great Stay!
Beautiful view of the Mississippi River. Had an issue using the printer in the business center but was helped by the front desk worker Kim who printed items at the front desk and had it done in less than 5 minutes. Great Service and Value with Clean Rooms and good/safe walking distance to Xcel Energy Center.

Excellent hotel but needs better valet parking
Excellent hotel, friendly staff, rooms clean and spacious. Only issue was valet parking - sometimes quite slow and unwilling to allow us to phone ahead to bring the car up.

The outside and lobby was beautiful. The first room they give us on the 21th floor was terrible. The ceiling had water marks and it was peeling. The bathroom was very stink. We decided to ask for another room. The receptionist told me the reason why the bathroom was stink is because of the river water which I disagree. They put us in another room which was okay. The room was too small for the amount of money we paid. The room was cold the whole time and they control the heat. The vent was dirt, window curtains was dirty. This was our first time and last at this hotel.

We picked this hotel because it was in walking distance to the Xcel Center, and not quite as much money as others closer. The staff were amazing! All of them, at the desk, at the restaurant, the valet parking, the luggage guys.. Great! Beds were comfy, bathroom was large, cleaning service was great, and a view of the Mississippi River was amazing.
