The Hyatt was in a nice location to the Union Depot. There is parking across the street or one can use the valet parking. The floor to ceiling windows are beautiful and the room is great with a small sitting room, bed, and desk. There's a front lobby with a bar with a snack bar, plus a delicious free breakfast. Great place, would stay again.

Property was very clean. Staff was very accommodating and personable. It's close to metro system but that's not very safe especially at night. Room was great, but if your on the 5th floor your view is blocked by a wall half way up the window.

A view would of been nice!
I was put in a handicapped room with window overlooking a roof with no access of any view. Four sided walls with roof. Dark, dreary. No trashcans. I used valet. No help with loading luggage. Had to ask if the guy would help pick up things thst fell out when l opened my vehicle door. I am 72. Could of shown some manners. The check in staff. Excellent.
