We enjoyed our stay! The breakfast and pool were highlights. The only thing that was inconvenient was the deposit being $100 for each night staying there on top of what we already paid for the room. That kind of put a damper on things.

Convenient nice hotel-but paying to park is rough.
Nice hotel, easy to find. Breakfast was fantastic. Beds were comfy based on preference (some liked it, some didnt) same with pillows. Some stains through out room. Did not like the pay to park. The amount you pay for room, if guest, you shouldnt need to pay to park in my opinion.

We were suprised by how large the room was. It even had 2 tvs in 2 different rooms. Conveniently located in the city. Alot of nice restaurants and shops within walking distance. Close driving distance to college and several malls. Clean and modern. Had a great buffet breakfast inculded in room. Will stay again

No microwave in room. Shower pressure wasn’t great. Pool had an odd smell 1 of the 2 times the kids were in there. Overall a nice place to stay, breakfast and dining/sitting areas were nice. Staff was excellent.

I thought the location was very good for many different event venues and restaurants. Our room was pretty worn. The mattress was not good. Things were broken and that was disappointing. I have never stood in a Hyatt Place that the room was in below average condition before.

The hotel was conveniently located. We had reserved a king and they were out of king rooms when we arrived. It was a bit confusing navigating the dual elevators and there was a lack of luggage carts. Our room also had a couple of suspicious wet spots on the carpet. The pool/hot tub area was nice and it they had 2 hot tubs, so we could avoid the one full of children. Breakfast was decent and the coffee was good.

I had dinner in the lobby restaurant on Saturday, 9/14. ordered dinner at 8:30 and food did not arrive till 920 pm. the place was only staffed by one person. she tended the bar and food service. she was definitely more interested in tending bar (to make tips) than the food service part. i enjoyed the sky way from the hotel to US Bank Stadium though!
