Very clean, nice features, & staff was very pleasant! The Studio suite was very nice, except I did have to go to the front desk to tell them my toilet want flushing properly. Maintenance guy showed up on time and got it working. It was a shame the bartender didn't show up!

Taking a mini stay vacation. Hotel was very nice. Loved the suite style room. The morning breakfast was great and having a small bar on sight is a nice compliment. Took a walk thru the nature park right behind hotel and that was very nice. Close to the Mall of America. You could walk but it would be nice if they ran the shuttle a bit more. Nice pool and workout area. Missing a hot tub though. The only negative was having to pay an extra 15 dollars for parking. DId not really see a need for this.

Excellent hotel! They lock the door each night. Variety of snacks at the desk is better than most snack areas other hotels. Little bar was fun. Room was perfect with a kitchenette. Wish the fridge was bigger. Had almost everything we need to make meals.My husband didnt care much for the airplanes that took off every few minutes, but some noise in the background helped. There are no clocks. At the time we stayed, we couldnt rent movies. So we used the chromecast app. Went through my prime app. Renting from prime ended up being cheaper anyways, so it was a win for us. All in all, did enjoy our 3 day, 2 night stay.

Nice new hotel. The hotel room silverware wasn’t clean. But everything else was great. Staff wasn’t super friendly, besides the housekeeping folks. Breakfast was not so great the 2nd day of our stay, so maybe plan for ihop or somewhere else. Overall, great stay, wasn’t too loud even with being close to the airport. Having 2 tv’s was amazing. Also our shower had 2 shampoo and no conditioner.

I booked a reservation from Nov 8th-10th but unfortunately I was not even able to stay 1 night at this hotel due to our room having multiple bugs on the walls, cracks of the windows, ice bucket, and even the bed. After having to get rid of at least 10 bugs I went down to the front desk to address the issue. Although, the lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind I no longer felt comfortable staying at the hotel and therefore I was left with having to search for another hotel at 1AM.

Wish i had a reason to stay longer
I loved the set up, i liked that it had single use spaces the "living room" area was cozy and i lovebirds the timy sectional, i didn't realize it had a small kitchen and was pleasantly surprised. I wish i would have had to stay longer honestly.

I have to say this was an Amazing hotel. The room was very nice and clean, the staff was so friendly with the exception of the night front desk clerk. I an not sure who was working the front desk on 11/7/24, but she should definitely have a coaching on how to speak to guest patronizing the hotel. Other then that 1 hiccup it was a great stay and close to resturants and the Mall of America.
