My room was clean and quiet. The reception person was helpful. The lobby, halls, reception areas were packed with kids and their families there for a Cheer event. I would have stayed somewhere else had I known it would be so busy. People were eating meals in the lobby and everywhere else.

Room was disappointing. Large cobweb in corner above lamp. Picture in bathroom the frame was peeling The blinds were automatic which was nice but they could only be all the way opened or all the way closed and our view was of the highway and apartment building. Also, the blind stated they were black out and they were not at all close to being that. The bathroom tub/shower had what looked like pink mold in a few areas. Shower head was not all the way on as the tub was still filling when in use.. The breakfast area juice dispenser spill tray was full of juice and dripping onto the counter and the area was closed at the time. Would choose another hotel in the area on a future visit The staff could have cared a less about answering any questions you had about the area.

Our key card to our room didn’t work half the time, and our room was dirty. We shared a vent with the floor above us who was loud our entire stay, and it smelled like cigarettes and marijuana.

Since the weather dramatically changed , we opted to dine at the hotel. Other eating establishments were .4 miles and above and we didnt packed for cold windy weather. Dining was very good! Coffee nice & hot & fresh. Very good dining service. Prices were 10% cheaper than dining out. A win for me. However, housekeeping svc is only available every other day of your stay. Towels were very rough. On the bright side, beds were comfortable & slept well.

Rooms smelt like potent weed, front desk staff was rude when we told them about the smell, and just sprayed a TON of febreeze into a fan to spread it out and we had to leave the room it was so strong. Housekeeping negelted rooms did not come in once for anything. One of our rooms the door would not open and the other guests were forced to stay in our room with us, they had to break the door to get into it to retrive their stuff, and forced us to do this at 130 in the morning. ONLY Valet parking avaliable, not just that it was available so we were forced to pay $35USD each night. Expensive breakfast was essentially a bowl of dried up scrambled eggs and crusty bacon/sausage. Had multiple charges and refunds on my credit card for the room seems like they are trying to get away with us paying full price for a room they had to break a door to enter into, even though they slipped a note under our door saying they are taking care of the charges from that nught. Key cards constantly had to get re magnatized, we went down about 15 times to have this fixed. All in all i understand it was a busy weekend but that experience was not acceptable by Any means.
