Hotel over all great. Service wonderful! Very clean. Just gonna say…. Downtown area crazy to get around. Hard to find parking and then to find the hotel after parking. Hotel not easy to find as its signage is not good.

The room and the comfort of it was great. We liked the secure access. Location was perfect for our trip. The breakfast needs some tending to. It was a bit in disarray. Perhaps just a little more attention to keeping things clean food fresh.

They charged me extra fees for being late half an hour after check out time in two rooms that me and my family stayed in. I always travel and staying at hotels. Never happened to me before. So disappointed.

Parking is charged & $25.00 and the same lot charges $5.00 per night and & for day which is a 500% markup. there is also parking next door for $5.00 to. but the Fairfield charges $25 and other people are parking in same lot $5.00

Great staff. Breakfast was fresh, but always needed replenishing. Out of coffee, out of bread, out of oatmeal. Staff was quick to refill though. Clean, well-kept rooms and common areas.
