A good hotel with some unique problems
Overall not terrible, but there were some obvious cleanliness problems that were overlooked by housekeeping when we initially entered. First off, the kitchenette sink was clogged from the previous visitor who obviously tried to cram some kind of burnt food down the drain. Maintenance fixed it, but it should have been done beforehand because it was nasty. Also, there were empty Budweiser cans in the bathroom. We have kids...what if they found them before us, and started playing with them and drank the leftovers from them? There were also dirty towels in the bathroom with makeup stains on them. These are pretty glaring issues. If you can look past that, the hotel was fine.

It was a nice place to stay and super close to the metro that goes to Downtown Minneapolis and also to Mall of America. All walking distance and close to the airport as well. We had a nice room and view. The jacuzzi was also nice to relax in.

Friendly staff, beautiful facilities, great location and awesome coffee machine in lobby available at all times. We had the room with multiple beds and the small kitchen which was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 grown teenagers. Would definitely recommend and return.

Parking was easy. The staff were very friendly. The room was perfect and equipped with everything you would need. There is a pizza place in the parking lot that is open late. Our stay was short, hopefully next time we can stay longer and use more amenities.

Family getaway
We love staying here. Everyone is very friendly, lots of options at breakfast. Happy hour snack in lobby early evening and warm chocolate chip cookies and tea at night! Right across street from MOA and restaurants next door are awesome. We will be back.
