Ideally located, it will allow you to enjoy numerous activities and entertainment in the surrounding area: tennis courts, pétanque courts, arenas, paddle, jet ski, Maillouheyre trail, restaurants, bars and other favorite places in our resort.
On the interior side, it is equipped with all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay in Mimizan Plage.
Can accommodate up to 4 people, it includes an equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine), a living room (with TV and free WIFI), a sleeping area with a 140 cm bed, a second sleeping area with two 90 cm bunk beds, a bathroom and a separate WC.
Outside, a south-facing terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and deck chairs will allow you to enjoy our balmy summer evenings with family or friends.
